Users brining Microsoft games and Google mapping together
From the Google Earth blog:
Imagine running Microsoft Flight Simulator and Google Earth together. Imagine seeing your simulated plane, and other auto-generated planes, appear within the Google Earth. Turn on the roads layer, the airport layer, etc. and you can see all kinds of data associated with where you are flying that the Flight Simulator does not.
Well, this technology exists:
MyFsGoogleEarth is a small webserver that links Flight Simulator with Google Earth. It adds placemarks at aircraft's current position, at estimated position one minute ahead and for surrounding AI traffic. It can also provide a continuous "follow aircraft" view.
